Section No.3 is in the Province of New Brunswick. and extends from Slrtiun No. 370. about two miles South of tha Resligouche Rives to Station No. 190, about 9.000 feel South of Eel River, near Dalhousio, being a distance of about 24 miles. Section No. 4 is in the Province of Nova Scoiia. null exlauds from Station No. 230, on the AmherstRidge. to Sialion O. on the Ridge ahaui a mile North of the River Phillip, a distance of about 27 miles. Plans and Profiles, with specifications and terms of contract, will be exhibited at the Of- fice of the Chief Engineer in Ottawa; and at the ofiicos of the Commissioners in Toronto, Quebec. Rimouski, Dalhousie, Newcastle. St. John and Hulifux on and after the HM] Mru'ch next; and Sealed 'l'enders addressed to the Commissioners {if the luterco’oninl Railway. and marked " Tenders” will be received at their office in Ottawa, up to 7 o’clock P.M.. on Monday, the 4th day of April. 1870. The Commissioners also give Public notice that having annulled the Contracts for Sections Nos 3 and 4, they are now prepared to receive Tondera for ro-lelling the sams. The Contracts for Sections No. 3 and 4 to be completelv finished and ready for laying [he track by the lst day of July, 1871. JUST ARRIVED AT Section No.l6,will bein the Province of New Brunswick, and will extend from the Easterly and of Ssclion No. [5, to the Westerly end of Section No. 10. about 182 miles in Innglh. The contracts for the above sections to be completely fimshed and ready for laying the track by the Isl day of July, 1872.
