The funeral took place on Monday to the Oak Ridges cemetery, where deceased was buried by the side 0: her second husband, the late Frederick Page. A large number of relatives attended the burial, besides many friends and old ac- quaintances. A short service was held at the residence, also at the church, Rev. W. W. Bates M. A., officiating. The pull- beurors were Messrs. John Brown, John (,‘oulter, John Keiinerslay, John But, John Elliott and Matthew McNuir. Have You a Vote. The supplementary list of vott rs for poll- ing sub-division No. 2. Mnilrlmm, is posted up in the Post Office. The names of many well known electors are conspiclous l‘y their absence. The Grits complain that 37 of their men have been omitted in the new list, as well as a number of Tories. Among those loft off are James and Andrew Newton, Nicholas and.Duvid Tynet, George Robin- son, David Boyle, Joshua and Edwin Sislcy, William and Moses Vanderhurg. Of course it may be contended that. those who are left. off may appeal to the judge to be pliiced on the list, but is it fair that men like the above should be required to lose a dily and drive to the Court of Revision at Uninnvllle in order to have it vote at the Dominion elections? Those who say the Franchiso Act is an out- rage on the people put the matter very mildly. Thanks, Bro Bums! Bro.
