Father Lynett was the recipient of two wellâ€"filled purses one from the men and one from the ladies inSt. Joseph’s Parish, Les- 1 licville. That the Rev. Father is held . in the very highest esteem by those who know him best was made plainly evithnt by the size of the purses and the well-worded and beautifully-cu- ' grossed addresses read at the presen- tation. A list containing nearly every name in the parish accompanies the addresses, showing that the desire to honor a parting friend is unaniious on the part of the people. Father Lynett in going to another and perhaps dis- tant ï¬eld of labor carries with him the feeling that his work and personal qualities will long retain a place in the memories of those from whom he is about to part. The school children al- so made presentations and read adâ€" dresses. [The above account, which was given in Tuesday‘s Globe, refers to Rev. J.
