As soon as the new roof is on they intend trying the experiment of buying oats at the mill, rolling them with their new patent roller, and then carting them into Toronto. \Ve hope that they will make it a success as it would be a great boon to the farmers. We see in this week’s issue of the Family Herald and ‘Veekly Star of Montreal, their announcement of two new premium pictures, “Christ in the Temple,â€\und “Home from the \Var," the latter representing the return of a. Canadian soldier from South Africa, while the former is one of the must famous pictures in the world. The Fair.in Herald and \Veekly Star cer- tainly is to be congratulated on giving their readers such beautiful pictures. A twenty-four page paper like the Family Herald and “'eekly Star and tWr) such pictures, all for one dollar, is one of the wonders of the day. That, the dec~ ' orations of the show room surpassed anything of previous seasons seemed to he the general verdict of those for- tunate enough to have attended the opening. The exquisite taste exhibit‘ ed _ in the mural decorationsâ€"the happy blending of the yellow and white with occasional sprigs of green plantsâ€"made the room veiy fascinat- ing. This, however, was merely the background of the picture.
