Mr. Isaac \Vatson and Miss Jennie Jackson were quieth married l-rst \Vednestlay evening by the Rev. Mr. Richardson. of King ('iiy. Miss L. Lover-ing and Miss Holmes. of Toronto, spent the week-end at the Parsonage. The funeral of an infant of Mr. and Mrs. P. Jones took place here last Friday afternoon. Mr. A. Killough. of Richmond Hill. has purchased the house and land lately owned by Mr. I). \Vaison. and intends to return here with his family in the near future. Victoria Square The death of Mrs. Ex]. Sanderson re- moves one of the oldest residents of this vicinity. The deceased had been failing for some years. and the end was not unexpected. The funeral service took place on Saturday last. being conducted by Revs. \Vellwood and Aikenhead. The late Mrs. Sander-- son. whose maiden name was Isabella Grundy. is the last of that name residing here. She is survived by her husband, three daughters (Mrs. Steve Lawson. Mrs. Merritt. of Winnipeg. and Mrs. Belle. at home. and two sons. R. 13.. of Victoria Square. and Fred, of Exeter. This is the second bereave- ment the family have sustained in a month. when the eldest son. Charles. of Bethesda passed away. The family have the sympathy of all in their sorrow. Mr. T. Lyons is now established in the shop formerly run by Mr. J. E. Rowbothanr.
