The local Plowmen’s Association of York County will join together this year and hold a County Day at the Municipal Farm Langstaff on Tuesday, October 11, the first day of the great International Plowing Match and Farm Machinery Demonstration. In the neighbourhood of 51200 is offered for competition in the following prize list which should attract the best plowmen of this great county to the match which promises to be a red letter day in the plowing history of York. North York, East York and King & Vaughan Associations have united under a central executive who have already held several meetings in prepar- ation for the big event and all the arrangements have now been practi- cally completed.
