The Committee to ’be appointed, together with the-Dist- rict Director of the Fairs and Exhibi- {tions Association shall designate the Fair at which place the prize shall be offered each year and it shall be so ‘arranged that the Fairs in each Dist. rict shall run consecutively. and that ino Fairs shall have the prize offered lby it until all the other Fairs in the District have had their annual prize. In all Exhibitions all exhibitors of Live Stock must have been and still be, bona-fide owners,of stock exhibit- ed at the time of the Fair and for a period of 6 months previous thereto. Exhibitors must show in at least two classes of livestock, other than poul- try, and at least 3 classes of farm produce or other similar exhibits, and all produce exhibited must have been produced from the farm of the exhibi- tor. Grain exhibits must come from the regular field crops produced on the farm and not from a special small area planted for the purpose of pro- ducing sufficient for the particular‘ exhibit, three acres at least of the crop must be grown.
