St. Paul’s, Vaughan was held at the manse, Maple, the home of Rev. and Mrs. Bowman with the President, Mrs. J. A. McNeil presiding. The meeting opened with hymn No. 383, Lord's after lst Chapter was sentence prayers, with the prayer in unison following, which 2nd Peter, read and prayer by Miss Jennie Egan. A short business session fol- lowed with the word Knowledge for roll call. Two splendid papers were given by Mrs. E. Harris and Miss Sara McNeil. Mrs. HIarris’ paper was on the study of India and Sara's on education of girls in India. A solo was sung by Miss Jennie Egan and was much enjoyed. Miss Egan also gave Gleanings from the Glad Tidings, followed by hymn N0. 652. Ml'. Bowman closed the meeting with prayer after which lunch was served by the hostess and committee and a social hour was spent.
