The said debentures shall have coupons attached thereto for the payment of interest annually. 2. The debentures shall be dated as of the first day of December 1948rand shall be payable in twenty (20) anâ€" nual instalments on the first day of December in each of the years 1949 to 1968 inclusive, subject however to redemption prior to maturity in acâ€". cordance with the provisions herein- after contained and the respective amounts of principal payable in each of such years shall be as shown in Schedule “A” hereto annexed. 3. The debentures as to both princiâ€" pal and interest shall be expressed in Canadian currency, and shall be pay- able at the Canadian Bank of Com- merce in the Village of Richmond Hill, Ontario. 4. The Chairman and Secretary- Treasurer of the said Board shall sign and issue the said debentures, and the debentures shall be sealed with the corporate seal of the said Board. The interest coupons attached to the de- bentures shall be signed by the said Secreal‘y-Treasurer and his signature thereon may be written, stamped, lith- ographed or engraved. u, A M“. The said sum of $7,150.00 so borâ€" rowed and interest thereon and the said debentures shall be and the same are hereby made a charge upon the school-house property and premises and on the real and personal proper- ty vested in the said Board of Trus»toes of the Roman Catholic Separate School for the Village of Richmond Hill and upon all th Separate School rates of the said B ard to be herein- after imposed until the said deben- tures and each and every one of them together with all interest ~thereon Ehgll have been fully paid and satis- e . 7. The said debentures may contain! any clause providing for registratiOn thereof authorized by any Statute re- lating to Municipal debentures in force at the time of the issue thereof. 8. The Board of Trustees shall have the right at its option to redeem the said debentures either in whole or in part on any date prior to maturity at the place where and in the moneys in which the said debentures are ex- pressed to be payable upon paymen‘~ of the principal amount thereof toâ€" pether with interest accrued to the date of redemption and upon giving previous notice of said intention to re- deem bV advertising once in the On- tario Gazette and once in a daily newspaper of general provincial cir- culation published in the City of Tor- onto and once in a local newspaper, such notice to be advertised as afore-‘ said at least thirty days before the date fixed for redemption. Notice of intention so to redeem shall also be sent by post at least thiry days prio ~ to the date set for such redemptioii to each person in whose name a debâ€" enture so to be redeemed is registered at the address shown in the Deben- ture Registry Book.
