Bowman, B.A., of Maple Pres- byterian Church. The service of nraise was led by the Ambassador Male Quartette of Cook’s Presby- terian Church together with the choir of the church, who brought a. wonderful message in song to the congregation. For the occas- ion the chancel of the church was beautifully decorated. For the congregation marking its 79th Birthday it was a day of blessing and of renewed friendship. The regular meeting of the W. M.S. of Maple United Church was held in the church on October 19, at 2.30 pm. This was our Thank- offering meeting and the ladies from Richmond Hill, Hope and Edvgeley were our guests. Mrs. Laver opened the meeting by the reading of a Psalm. Mrs. Bigford gave a ï¬ne devotional.
