The M to Z Group would like to thank the A to L group for their assistance in connection with refreshments. ‘ ' At the Toy-Bteeders’ Sanction Show held in Toronto last week, 4-year-old Thnlwell Dutchy took the honours at her first show, winning first for the best of breed in the Bulldog class, and best of the non-sporting dogs. Seven- month old Thalwell Ming Toy won first place in the Pekingese puppy class. Both dogs are owned by Mrs. Harold Ince of Spruce Ave. The date for the regular meet- ing of the School Area Board No. 1, of Vaughan and Markham has been set to take place on the first Tuesday :of each month in’ Thorn- hill School, on Yonge Street, com- mencing at 3 o’clock. The Boy Scout Paper drive is this Saturday.
