Campbell, Community Ac- tivities and Public Relations Con- vener, was in charge of the proâ€" gramme and conducted several amusing contests. Naming a project members would like to see the branch carry out brought forth a variety of suggestion. These included form- ing an entertainment group, work- ing in behalf of the proposed com- munity hall and raising talent money to help finance it. Various money raising ventures were dis- cussed at lengbh and details of those finally selected will be pub- lished when completed. Mrs. A. Matthews, president, asked Mrs. F. The executive committee of branch 375 and the Ladies Auxil- iary held an important business meeting at the home of Mrs. Frank Titshall on May Avenue, when fu- ture plans were discussed. Sunnybrook Hospital’s new 128 seat chapel-for the use of all de- nominations has extra wide aisles to permit the passage of wheel chairs. Windows on each side of the chapel will, it is hoped, even- tually have stained glass in them, with coats-oflarms of the various provinces. A fine electric organ has been installed. The first pert of the name Sun- nybrook suggests the light of faith and the warmth of God’s goodness, which doctors, nurses and other hospital workers dispense. “Brook” suggests the constant flow of blessings from Almighty God. The executive hopes for a full attendance of members at the next business meeting Tuesday, March 13. With anobher big event plan- ned for the near future co-opera- :tion is very necessary to success.
