Mrs. John Wilson of Vancouver. B.C., visited her brother, Mr. Geo. Fenwick and Mrs. Fenwick, Yonge Street, for a few days this week before leaving for Montreal from where she sails Friday on the Em- press of Canada for England. This group, all of whom are Conservatory teachers, have been playing together for some time, and undoubtedly will add much to the programme. The choir will sing under the dir_ ection of Mr. A. Melecci a splendid variety of Classical and Sacred numbers. This group has been formed through the efforts of the North York Community Centre to further the interest in good music in the community and this is the first evenings entertainment spon- sored by the Choral Society. It is anticipated that these concerts will be featured regularly as the choir becomes more firmly established.
