Homer Rock Ford who passed away at his home in Richmond Hill on Sunday, \Sep- tember 24. In his 77th year, Mr. Ford was taken unexpectedly by a heart attack. Mr. Ford was born in the United States and spent 25 years in Seat- tle before coming to Canada. Al- though he lived in Richmond Hill only three years he became well known and made many close friends in the district. Being re- tired, Mr. Ford was able to get the full enjoyment out of his home and had free time to pursue his hobby of gardening. He has al- ways been a devoted member of the Anglican church and as a young man sang in the choir. Since he came to the village he has attended St. Mary‘s Anglican church.
