T. Redman, secretary-treas- urer of the Concord School Board at the annual ratepayers meetâ€" ing held in Concord Public School Wednesday evening, Dec. 29. Bruce Kefier was chairman and Mr. Redman Ms secretary for the meeting. As Concord is a rapidly grow- ing district, extra school accom¢ modation had to be provided. During the past year, the school board, with the authorization of the ratepayers arranged for the building of a four-room addi- tion which cost approximately $60,000. The ratepayers were pleased with the modern addi- ition and accorded the school board a hearty vote of thanks for its effort and for the ex- cellent type of school provided. The board voiced its thanks and appreciation to Frank Teasdale for his generosity in donating extra land to the school section so that the playground could be extended.
