He gave an informative talk on the life or the Maori tribe and their customs .His talk proved very interesting. Bridal Shower The Columbian Players of St. Columbia's United Church, To- ronto presented their a-Act Comedy “Holiday House" in the Community Hall on Friday even- ing of last week. The play was very much enjoyed by everyone present. During the intermission Home-made Candy and soft drinks were sold by members of the Victoria Square Couples Club who were sponsoring the even- ing’s entertainment. Couples Club The members of the Couples Club would like to thank every- one who bought tickets and who helped in afiy way to make the play a success. W.M.S. Church Service The annual W_M.S. church ser-‘ vice was held on Sunday, April 27th. The service was conducted by the president of the W.M.S.â€" Mrs. Heber McCague, she was assisted by Mrs. H. Acreman. The choir was composed by members of the Explorers and the C.G.I,T.
