Mrs. Ron Tyson, who liv- ed in the upper storey of the house. noticed smoke about 9:15 a.m.. and went to the basement apartment to investigate. There she found a matt- ress and draperies on fire. Mrs. Ken Tyson who i works nights. and Paul. aged 2 and Timothy. 4. were rescued from the ‘ blaze. but the family dog l died in the fire. Hydro Poles Private Property‘ Need Re-locating Hydro poles on Carrville Road. relocated in 1956 to make way for road reconstruction. were inadvertently placed on private property and have to be uprooted again.
