Ladies HIGH SCHOOL SPORT PERSONALITY Judy Allen. all around girl athlete at Thornhill Secondary has a record of consistent good, standing in a variety of sports. Last year, she was vice-presi- dent of the GAA, captain of her color team and a letter winner. Now in grade 13. she has been on the volleyball and basket- ball team for going on five years. She was a member of the‘ basketball team that won the championship at Barrie last year. Her interest in track and field has given her two senior championships at Thornhill Secondary and she was a mem- ber of the Georgian Bay track team that was a winner last year. She also won the bad- minton championship at Thornâ€" hill. To top all this accomp- lishment she has an Award of Merit from the Royal Life Sav- ing. “Swimming is my favorite sport," she said. She hopes to play basketball in the Georgian Bay tournament again next year. Judy is the daug ter of Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Alle , John Street.
