The design for the glass was executed by Gerald Tooke, stained glass artist in Toronto. and is built around the theme of the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. It is a beautiful array of color suggesting the coming of the Spirit in power under the traditional symool of the dove. It is a contemporary interpretation of the cloven tongues as of ï¬re in a space and jet age. This window was inspired by the desire of the young friends of Earl Clark Cameron to raise up a memor- ial to their friend. Many young people h ve contributed to the fund wit other friends and members of the family. The dedication falls on the week- end of Clark’s twenty-ï¬rst birthday and the ï¬rst Commun- ion of his brother Harold. Other members of the parish have responded to the vision of this window and have selected panels as memorials to com- plete the theme. There are still four panels to be com- pleted as parishioners request them.
