Mr. Bunker with his wife, was a frequent visitor at the Jones‘ home; his quiet good humor won him many friends in this coinmunity, and with the Dick Jones' Groceteria customers generally. Theodore Tooley returned home on Monday, after visiting his sister, Brucette. Mrs. Doug- las Waterston. at Brandon. Man- itoba, and his sister Juanita. who has been at Brandon for the past month will return home later this week. When it was time for the newly weds to leave the party Janet Craig caught the bouquet. and Anne Hazelwood got the blue garter. We hear glowing reports of the Crawford-Fuller wedding which took place August 5 at Brown's Corners United Church. The sun shone. the petite bride looked like a fairy tale princess, and all the neighborhood was present at the wedding. The bridesmaids were lovely ton- blonde Margaret Smith Steven- son, brunette Judy Hord Ben- son. and titian haired Lynn Ar- nott. Joy says that at her Wedding she wore a Sixpence in her shoe. given her by Mrs. Frank Maw. and she forgot it was there until she took the shoe off at night.
