York Summit District annual 20-mi1e hike starts April 24. Scouts will be driven to the Bruce Trail. Saturday and Sunday they will hike from Devil’s Glen Provincial Park to the cave at Oollingwood, a total distance of 20 miles. Each boy will carry on his back all his camping equipment and food. Eight rboys from 2nd Thorn- hill will participate. They are Mike Brown, Mike Gifford. Gary Jenkins, Brad Job. Bob McCrimmon, Bruce Rozychi and Jim Stewart. 2nd Thorn- hill meets at Henderson School. In preparation last weekend they hiked 10 miles from Terra Cotta Inn to Limehouse, west of Georgetown. Three boys from lst Thorn- hill. who participated in the hike last year, will be there again this year. They are THE HOME SHOW By Murray Rutherford and Lynn Midghall We left at 12:30 pm and got to the CNE Coliseum at 1:15. The first thing we saw was landscaping. We all thought it was beautifully arranged. In the next section we sew the latest style of new home. There were two types â€" a two- storey backsplit and a bunga- low. The two houses were set up quite beautifully and very modern. Most of the articles were automatic.
