The appeal was filed by Crown-Attorney John Ap« plegath. He said the appeal was ordered by the Attorney- General’s department. Within a month the ap- peal will be in the hands merly served in the British Colonial Judiciary and on the Supreme Court of Guy- anna. ruled that for police to require a driver to take a breathalyzer test was an infringement of the Bill of Rights under the law as it now stands.
