Crown Attorney Kerr told the court Keefe was convict- ed May 15 for impaired driv- ing and December 3 last year for refusing to take a breath- alyzer test. He noted the minimum sentence for this second impaired driving con- viction was 14 days jail, with the maximum being 90 days in jail. He said the penalty should be more than the minimum in view of the accused man’s apparent per- jury. He was convicted after trial. His fines were $100 or 30 days for impaired driving and $50 or 10 days for re- fusing to take his test. His license was automatically suspended for three months on each conviction. ASTHMA, WAR INJURY Coyle was arrested Septem- ber 12 at 1:50 pm because of his driving while south- bound at Kipling Avenue and Highway 7 in Vaughan.
