For the first time St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bayview Avenue South, Richmond Hill, hosted the annual fall assembly of Central District Lutheran Church Women recently. This district reaches from Peterboro to the Niagara Peninsula and as far north as Lake Simcoe. Feature speaker at the day-long event was Miss Joan Notting, missionary administrator with the Board of World Missions, who works in India. She wore a beautiful blue sari throughout the day.
