Mrs. Myers of W-illowdale very ably gave a demonstra- tion of making jewelry from colored stones, which proved very interesting. Some of the ladies later bought some of the jewelry. Children’s Christmas party 7 Roll call Was answered by exchanging gifts. The Annual Children’s Christmas Party sponsored by the Victoria Square Lions was held in the community hall Saturday morning, when more than 100 children at- tended, accompanied by some panents. ', Musical chairs were en- joyed by the small children, also a singsong. There was also a magician keeping the children spellbound with his magic tricks.
