Mr, Lord is the congrega- tional consultant, Toronto Conference of the United Church of Canada. “We need to discover who we areâ€"who we are in rela- tion to Godâ€"how we use the resources we have mental, financial, etc. We need to take advantage of the train- ing given by Five Oaks, Cedar Glen, workshops, etc. Finally we must understand ourselves and have a sense of humor. which is especially valuable." These remarks were part of a speech on “New Trends In Christian Education" delivered by Rev. William Lord at the York UCW Presbyterial annual meeting November 6. The meeting was held in Nobleton and despite the heavy snow- fall to the North of York. 125 members attended.
