MINOR. ATOM Going back to the game on February 5 Royal Bank visit- ed Alliston to play Cooks- town and came away the win- ner, defeating a game little team 5-3. The hot sticks for Royal were Mike Briggs with two goals and one assist. Brian Hull with one and one, a single goal for Gary Suth- erland and Wayne Langdon and single assists for Barry Munro. Mark Elliston and Jackie Woods. The news is still good for February 9 as Thornton vis- ited Richmond Hill but could only manage a 1-1 tie. Jackie Woods from Munro handled the Royal Bank scoring. Beatén in Beeton by Bee- ton was the story February 12 as the Royal Bank lost 4-0. Royal Bank lost an exhibi- tion game to Barrows Insur- ance 4-3 February 16. JUVENILE Wednesday last Richmond Hill took the second game of its best of three series with Barrie 6-4 in Barrie. Barrie scored first and Mr. Trans- mission followed shortly after when Kim Mabley scored assisted by Tom Sanlon. The second period saw Barrie score again but the Hiliers answered when Kevin Brillinger aided by Sanlon pushed the puck into the net. Then Sanlon scored unassist- ed. followed in the last sec- ond of the second period by Tom Lamb assisted by San- lon. Scoring for Richmond Hill were Bruce Buchan with two goals and an assist, Scott Campbell, Matthew Zurich and Rick Clendenning. with assists go- ing to Jack Vantol, Gerry Lawlor and Tom Stubbs.
