Richmond Hill Council March 4 did not accept the recommendation of its plan- ning committee to refuse an application from John Fedy- na for a rezoning of the Country Place Nursing Home lands on 18th Avenue to per- mit construction of a single family residence. The com- mittee February 20 had pas- sed the recommendation un- animously considering it pre- mature until a secondary plan is placed on the area.
