Last year, Hurdler Greg Binkley was the 110 metre, hurdle champion. This year. Shot Putter Bill Milley has won team placement on the strength of his second place finish at the Ontario Games in Sudbury. This week Bill flies to Ed- monton to compete for the national title in the iron ball throwing event. Richmond Hill's other two competitors at the Ontario Games showed well but both Greg Binkley and Sprinter Liz Srebrnjak failed to score victories and selection for the Ontario Team. While Binkley advances to senior competition next year, both Srebrnjak, with three years left, and Milley with one year, leave RHAC with a solid possibility for repeat Ontario champions in the future. Milley will be paired with Kevin Thomson as the provincial entry in the Edmonton affair, and both Ontario athletes have excellent chances to be crowned Canadian Junior Shot Put Champions for 1974.
