Pauline and Frank Steele are thoroughly enjoying their new home. Former residents of Lancer Drive and wanting a larger home, but not wishing to leave Maple, they were fortunate to acquire the lovely home which belonged to Pat and Jim James. They are indeed happy and well settled in. It was a pleasure to see both Alice Miller and Betty Hodgson out on Friday night helping in St. Stephen’s Church Hall. Both have been on the ailing list for a time and we all were happy to see them. There will be a committee meeting of the Vaughan Council Monday evening November 18 at 7:30 pm. The committee meetings are usually interesting and sometimes very lively and worth the effort to attend.
