Tribute to Frank Millman By Mary Watts Neighbours and friends on Spruce Avenue express their sympathy to Mrs. Gladys Millman, 50 Spruce Avenue, in the loss of her husband and to Norma and John, his daughter and son, both from out of town. He was a well loved and respected man‘ kind to many, especially the children of the Richvale area. They went continually to his house to see his beautiful flower garden, taking home with them huge bouquets. Frank had many letters and photos of the school children, whom he had known when he was caretaker of the local Richâ€" vale School, located on Spruce Avenue, several years back. It was a marvellous party when 31 family members helped Mr. and Mrs. William Wagner, Richmond Street, Richmond Hill. celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary November 2 at a family dinner at the Old Mill in West Toronto. A large appropriately decorated wedding cake adorned the table as the couple‘s youngest grandson. Bill Congdon, 12, said grace and Mr. Wagner's cousin. Cecil Adams served as master-ofâ€"ceremonies. Arrangements were made by the couple’s three daughters, Mrs. Norman Conquergood (Jean) of lslington, Mrs. Douglas Allan (Grace) of Kingsville, and Mrs. George Congdon (Audrey) of Burlington.
