' York Regional Police said a man was operating a 1-1- foot outboard boat at an area lake last summer when he and two of his passengers were thrown from the‘boat. Both he and one of his passengers, Dale Hilts, 20, of Newmarket, were rescued. But the third man, William Hughes, 22. also of Newmarket was lost.
