Gary Occhionero had two goals and an assist; Carl Lippay, two goals; and Eddie Hebscher‘ one assist. The holidays are over for another year but the memories remain fresh. Bayley scored four goals and one assist, while two goals were scored by both Domenic Conte and Dave Plunkett. Another holiday hap- pening was the New Year’s Eve dance held at St. Luke‘s Parish Hall on Green Lane. About 100 people attended this community dance. A trio, whose repertiore included selections from the forties right up to the seventies. added to the festive cheer. A hot and cold buffet was served that was said to be excellent. Many of the merry. makers who attended last year found the evening so enjoyable that they returned this year. However, new faces were also seen. This dance is becoming a growing annual event and the feeling is that it cannot help but be just as suc- cessful next year as it was this year.
