Right now he is unquestionably happy with his horse»laden pursuits and isn‘t worried about a sub- division moving in on him because his land is zoned agricultural. A baron by birth, Kunibert Von Rothenstein would never tell until you got taiking to him. It doesn’t mean as much in Canada as it does in Austria, but it sure makes a great conversation piece! Undaunted, however, by his first attempt. he intends to try again some time in the future. But the planners didn‘t quite see it in the same way as he did.
