Parents' Council At their last public meeting held on the second Tuesday of every month, the Thornhill Parents Council discussed whether their name should be changed to York County or South York Parents Council since they really speak on matters pertaining to a far greater area than just Thornhill. Yonge St., Garden Avenue and to Fern and Duncan Road where it turns around and goes back to Hillcrest Mall again. The first bus leaves Fern Avenue at 7:35 a.m. 9:35 am; 11:00 a.m.; 2:35 pm. and the last bus at 4:35 pm. Returning from Hillcrest Mall, the buses leave at 7:20 a.m.; 9:20 a.m.; 11:20 a.m.; 2:20 p.m.; 4:20 p.m.; and 6:20 pm.
