It has long been a policy of the Richmond Hill Hockey Association to take no part in accepting funds from any branch of government where the funds are drawn from the tax base of the community, province or nation. There is no way I can agree with pensioners, neighbors and friends in town who pay more than enough taxers to far too many governments as it is, being burdened by minor hockey ad~ ding to the tax base.
