There was less than two minutes remaining in the game when hardworking Eddie Mains opened the scoring assisted by Ken Jensen and Carl Boyle. With just 30 seconds to go, Mark Stevens lifted a rebound over a sprawling Aurora goalie to tie the games with Jensen and Mains assisting.
