Woodbridge. is sponsoring a concert by St. Michael's Choir. UNIONVILLE â€" Unionviile‘s Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Epselon XI chapter members. celebrated the 45th anniversary of their founding at a dinner last Thursday. Wi'hé'é‘v'éh’t'éas held at Thornhill Golf and Country Club. This same celebration took place in 24 countries in which the organization of 250,000 members and 12.000 chapters exists. The organization is not connected with any school and is non-political and non~sectarian. The keynote of Beta Sigma Phi is friendship. Tickets are $4 per person; reservations may be secured by calling 851-2420 or 893-1844. lntemétionally, chapters have created three special funds. The choir performs Friday, beginning at 8 pm. in Burton Auditorium, York University, Markham Kinsmen will hold their Giant Auction sale May 15, at the Markham Fairgrounds at High- ways 7 and 48. Bidding will begin at 12:30 pm. Donations of items in good condition for the sale are welcome, and the Kinsmen will arrange to pick up the articles at your home. St. Michael's Junioir and Senior choirs will be participating in the International Choral Festival in Montreau, Switzerland.
