The Dairy Queen Squirts held Keswick scoreless for the first four innings of play but Keswick opened up in the fifth wheh they -scored three runs, followed by one in the seventh. Lalonde was starting pitcher with Don Wilson coming on in the fifth. Hitting for Richmond Hill was Robert Strang with a triple. doubles to Greg Robertson, Renzo Avolio, Mark Millard and Car- men Morra. John Lalonde came through with a homer with nobody on in the seventh inning. Greg Robertson‘s double resulted in him coming ‘home’ as a result of throwing errors by Keswick. RBI’s earned by Don Wilson, Morra and Avolio with one each, and two to Lalonde. Right fielder Billy MacArthur made a good catch and Lalonde stopped a line drive at lst base. T'hursday's return match at Crosby Park was postponed due to rain. Bradford‘s two runs were not scored until the seventh inning. Wilson chucked 15 strike outs, gave up only 2 walks and 6 hits.
