Rocky start for Black’s RICHMOND HILL The Richmond Hill Black and Stewart Real Estate Minor Midget A team are off to a rocky start. They were bombed 14-2 by Orillia Nov. 12 after losing earlier by 6-2 and 5- 2 earlier to Barrie. Things looked like they might be looking up when the locals tied Newmarket 2-2. A spokesman for the team had this to say: “There are times when excuses are acceptable through injuries, suspensions. “But in this case there are no excuses. When the players realize they have to play as a team and not as individuals then and then only will they start winning. “We have those kids on the team who try and try hard, only to be frustrated by the ‘who cares and I know better than the coach” types." “Yes we do have them. So wake up fellows. The season can be short or long. It's your choice.” ERIC W.
