Travel and study on Seneca MILE NORTH YORK â€" A 10-week speech and drama course for children 7 to 9 years gets un- derway soon at Central and Bayview libraries. The aim of the program is to develop a child’s speaking ability and self-confidence in the hope that as an adult the person can face an audience without fear. Called “Fitness is Happiness”, the program is designed to tone up and strengthen muscles, and to improve posture and body movement.
