Roberts back winning THORNHILL â€" Things are looking up again for the volleyball and basketball teams at St. Robert‘s Catholic High School after looking down for a few games. Rebounding from losing the first six games was the boys‘ midget basketball team. They did it in im- pressive fashion by coming up with two straight wins by 50-30 over Richmond Hill High and a 4541 verdict against Woodbridge. Two Richmond Hill youths led the offensive in the Woodbridge game. were Joe Marcone and Alex Bilottax who dropped 19 and 1-1 points respectively. It was much the same story with the junior girls‘ volleyball team who started off the year in great style, stumbled to a couple of losses. but got back on the track again with a win last week over Woodbridge in three straight sets. Leading the way with some great serves were Sandra MacDonald and Jackie Meeuwisse, all of Richmond Hill. weekly specials THE LIBERAL, Wednesday. February 2, 1977 â€" 8-11 Save 3 ways at Miracle.
