This is an event no member should miss. Tennis matches, in- tended to include every talent. are held all day from 1 pm. The games, organized by John Marais are sloppy but naturally sparkling. The food is excellent and com- panionship is the order of the day. It is one of those events when the rule of ‘watch the ball’ is discarded, primarily because of its increasing difficulty. Losers The I.C.T.A. Majors team lost to a superior Credit Valley team on Tuesday 17th of May to the tune of 5-2, redeemed from total disaster by the ladies. However the team is strong and a high ranking is not outside of Richmond Hill’s capabilities. The Junior Boys team remain undefeated after two matches, defeating the very strong Donalda Club by an easy margin. Enjoy Enjoy the season . . . Richmond Hill T.C. has the reputation of being one of the most developed and convivial clubs in Toronto and district â€" we need the enthusiasm of every member to keep this up.
