Following a traditional concert in the park. the Fords were guests of honor at a lively banquet and supper dance. The gala occasion began at City Hall where Mayor Mary Munroe presented Ford with a scroll making him a “freeman” of the City. That‘s what Mayor David Schiller told the large crowd at The Liberal Rose Award presentation ceremonies last Tuesday.
