October 19. 1977 St. Michael’s students move inside school B y D 0 R E E N LIVINGSTONE 889-9922 Most students of St. Michael‘s Catholic School on Simonston have moved into the school building in the last few days. The exceptions are one or two classrooms which will be in the portabies for another couple of weeks. The school, which had been scheduled to open after Labour Day, was delayed because of the electricians‘ strike last summer. Construction being done to Holy Name in King should be completed by Christmas but there is no word as to the com- pletion of an addition to St. Joseph’s in Markham. MALL OPENS Markham Place at the corner of Don Mills Road and Steeles, which was also delayed by the electricians’ strike, opens today.
