(iv) Lands at the South West Corner of 7th Line and 16th Avenue - change from residential and hazard lands to open space of the Toronto General Burying Grounds' lands. Areas of the Plan which are in dispute, and which are being referred to the Ontario Municipal Board, will not be considered at this time.
