Richmond Hill was impressive in its first two games downing Wark- worth 8-2 before disposing of Norwood 5-0 to get into the championship finals. That final saw both teams tied at 1-1 in the first period with Little Britain soring first and then Richmond Hill‘s Andy Shaw tying it from MacLeani . Little Britain went ahead in the second but Richmond Hill came right back to tie it with Rick Scragg scoring from Darrell Bynoe. Two more goals by Little Britain was matched by only one for the Hill from the stick of Doug Walton from Jim Barton and Doug MacLean. Little Britain took over in the third period and put home six goals to win going away. _ De'spite the loss it was a good effort by the Rich- mond Hill boys against a Hillcrest Mall Upper Canada Mall Markham Place team which has been All Ontario champs for the last four years.
