The questionnaire is sponsored by Richmond Hill and Thornhill Area Family Services. Bishop Alexander G. Barclay was invested as spiritual leader of the Seventh Richmond Hill Cubs and Scouts Sunday, at It asks people about the kinds of social problems they are aware of in the community, what social programs they know already exist to help solve some of these problems. and what new programs are needed. The questionnaire gives some suggestions for new programs to help people think of the programs they would find most useful. The answers from this questionnaire will be used by Family Services to gain a better idea of what programs they can offer; the results will also be available in a report to any interested citizens in May. Camera Club loses location The questionnaires are available in Richmond Hill Public Library and its Richvale and Oak Ridges branches, and the Thornhill Community Centre Library for several weeks. Mexico. and Vietnam; and James Wilson. second counsellor Paul Butkovich. Steve Harris. Ward Irvine, and Chris Kuettel formed the color party. Speakers on the annual program included Robert Smock, Akela Ruth Irvine, and Robert Buchert. Scouting was adopted by Mormons in 1913.
