Letters criticizing council members Alas, it is so difficult to determine how the mayor considers situations that are similar in nature. l purposely left out the areas referred to by the mayor as a result of his criticism made previously that rural areas should not be compared with the Towns of Aurora, Newmarket, Markham and Richmond Hill. Vaughan was left out of the comparative figures since it has a high in- dustrial assessment base. This left the four towns that have a relatively similar tax base for comparative purposes. Someone has found the puppy and given it a warm comfortable home: If you have the least amount of com- passion, which I doubt, you may rest assured that, a) the people who know you will probably never find out what a basic rotten person you are; and, b) the puppy which you so thoughtlessly tossad out to freeze is quite happy and warm and not hungry anymore. I would just like to say to you, whoever you are, that your type of person makes me sick, and I sincerely hope that one day in the not too distant future you find yourself in a situation similar to the one you placed the puppy in on Saturday.
