At the last council meeting in February Councillor Lou Wain- wright gave notice that he intended to introduce such a motion. At that time Councillor Wainwright said he had received complaints regarding the time necessary to process land severances and he would like to see jurisdiction on these planning decisions back in the municipality â€"â€" where it belongs.
